Children, Youth & Families
From babies and toddlers all the way up to Year 13s - there's a place for all young people at St Paul's! We're here for authentic connection without obligation, creating a safe and supportive environment where parents and families feel welcomed, accepted and supported and kids and teenagers can explore faith, build lasting friendships, and simply have fun. St Paul's is an Inclusive Church and we welcome all children to our events, including those with additional needs and differing requirements. If you have any questions about an activity or would like to speak with someone about how best we can accommodate your child please get in touch.

Booking is required
In partnership with Ambassadors Football, St. Paul's is excited to bring you Football Church—a monthly session designed to build community around the game and the person of Jesus. Held on the third Sunday of every month at FSM Nottingham (Rushcliffe School), these sessions are a safe, high-energy space for children and young people of all abilities to sharpen their skills and have a blast. Each hour is packed with fun, featuring a professional warm-up, skill-building drills, and small-sided games to finish. During the half-time break, we take a moment for a short thought about the Christian faith and the life of Jesus, keeping the vibe inclusive and encouraging for everyone. These sessions are fully funded, meaning they are completely free for you to enjoy! Because we want to keep things safe and fun for everyone, pre-booking is essential. If you’re ready to get on the pitch or have any questions, get in touch with Sue to book your spot! Year 2–6: We ask that carers stay onsite to cheer them on. Year 7–13: Carers are welcome to hang out or simply drop off and collect later.

Looking for a place to unwind after the school bell rings? We’ve been hosting our Youth Space @ St. Paul’s for over a year now, and we’d love to see you there. This is a relaxed environment where you can chill with friends, use our free Wi-Fi to scroll and unwind, or get involved with games and activities organised by our friendly team. Depending on the season, we move between the fresh air outside and our warm indoor space and there is always a free drink on offer - refreshing mocktails in the summer and cosy hot chocolates in the cooler months. While these sessions are primarily aimed at those in Year 6 and above, we are a welcoming space for families of all shapes and sizes, as well as childminders. Stay and hang out in our community cafe or simply grab a drink to go as you head on your way. Everything we offer is a gift without obligation, rooted in our values of providing a safe and supportive spot for the local community.

Saturday Youth
For young people in year 6 and up
Each 1st and 3rd Saturday in term time, 7-9pm
No booking required
Saturday Youth is the place to be on the first and third Saturdays each month! Whether you’re here to dive into big questions about faith and discover what the Bible has to say about life today, or you just want a reliable spot to hang out, there’s a place for you here. We balance our time between high-energy fun, chilling together and making space for those big faith questions. You can get stuck into indoor and outdoor games, and join us for trips out like bowling or escape rooms. Of course, no Saturday night is complete without snacks—we’ve got a fully stocked tuck shop and "epic" milkshakes to keep you going. And it’s the perfect environment to read, discuss, and reflect with friends who are navigating the same journey as you. Saturday Youth is also about making an impact on the world around us. We want to hear about the causes you’re passionate about, whether that’s organising a local litter pick or taking the lead on a fundraiser for your favourite charity. One of our highlights is our annual sponsored sleepout, where we put our values into action together. If you're ready to join the fun or want to find out more, do get in touch!
